We are located in the beautiful Fraser Valley,just 1 hour east of Vancouver BC. For our customers who are further away, we shipping by Air Canada or Westjet, out of either Abbotsford, or Vancouver is always an option.

For some unknown reason, my son has had a terrible fear of dogs since he was about 2 years old. We decided that what he needed was exposure to dogs, and that we needed to get a dog. My first response when we decided on a dog was Basset Hound! I had always loved those sad eyes and long droopy ears, but admittedly, I didn't know too much about the breed.

We looked at many breeds, but in the end we came back to the Basset. When doing my research, I found that they were great family pets, very gentle and loving and had an energy level that matched everyone in our family!

We began our search for the hounds, and was surprised to learn that there were no Basset Hound Breeders in BC! I contacted a few breeders in the US and some in Canada. Not all were willing to ship a puppy out to us, or they didn't have any available. I put myself on some waiting lists, and waited. and waited. and waited.

Finally the call came we were waiting for, and a puppy was available for us! after filling out a mountain of paperwork, sending a deposit and talking at length with the breeder. We had our first Basset! It has been a wonderful ride since then! I have continued to learn about the breed and one dog led to another. Basset Hounds they say are like chips, you can't have just one!

My dogs are a big part of our family! They live in the house with us, ride in the car with us, and we just generally share life together! These dogs have blessed us! My son is no longer afraid of dogs, and can often be found cuddling with "his dog" My kids enjoy when puppies are born and take an active role in their care.Basset Hounds make the best pets, best companions,and best friends!
